Whilst there are countless good and important things that our PCC is responsible for (like caring for our 2 church buildings) it's also vital that we keep focussed on God's Word and the spiritual development of this parish church. In the early days of the New Testament Church, the apostles ensured that those who had responsibility for practical tasks and those who had a focus on spiritual matters were able to focus on their specific duties. 

 

With this pattern (from Acts ch.6) in mind, Ian (our Vicar) has asked a small group of PCC members to be a part of the Ministry Leadership Team. This is the subcommittee of PCC who are particularly concerned with overseeing our ongoing commitment to make disciples who make disciples!
