If you consider yourself part of the Eastleigh Parish Church family and are not already on our electoral roll please download and fill in this form.

If you are unable to print the form, copies are available in All Saints'.

Once you have filled out the form, you can either hand it to Dot (the Church Warden), put it in the PCC postbox on the noticeboard in All Saints', or email a scan/photo of your form to office@eastleighparish.com.
