In 1980, Lee Strobel was working as an investigative journalist for the Chicago Tribune newspaper. His wife was prompted to start attending church events, but as a firm atheist Lee was not at all happy about this.
"The Case for Christ" is a movie based on the real-life investigation that Lee conducted to see how he might dissuade his wife from believing in Easter. You can find the film on Netflix or other streaming services.
